HLS Photogravure Model Forms Page

Prospective Models should download the Model Information Form and
send the completed form along with at least one digital photograph to
models@hls-photogravure.com.
The Model Release Form is for reference only. Candidate models will
complete and sign a hardcopy of the Model Release Form at the end
of a successful interview.
